The raw fabric obtained after weaving is inspected before proceeding to dyeing house and finishing processes. Possible yarn defects, weft skips, and surface irregularities are detected.
Pre-Finishing, Dyeing and Finishing Processes
Woven fabrics sent to the dyeing house undergo the following processes according to their intended use:
- Washing
- Bleaching
- Dyeing
Then, through finishing applications, the fabric is given the desired hand feel, shrinkage resistance, and dimensional stability.
